Baby Broad Beans with Pork Spare Ribs

  • 800 gr of baby broad beans
  • 500 gr of pork spare ribs
  • 3 traditional sausages
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp of olive oil
  • 5 cl of white wine
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Coriander
  • Parsley
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 tablespoon of salt


In a pan, sauté the garlic and the onion with olive the oil;
Add the white wine;
Add the ribs and fry until the meat is golden brown;
Add the salt;
Add the beans, the sausages, theherbs and the chilli, and let it cook in low heat, turning in the pan periodically (do not stir).
