Cheesecake with honey


  • 7 egg yolks
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 grs of sugar
  • 3 table spoon of regular flour
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 1 tea spoon of cinnamon
  • 2 small goat cheese


Start to join the egg yolks with sugar, plus the eggs. (we don’t use the 7 whites in this recipe).

Add the smashed cheeses and the lemon juice. Than add the flour and cinnamon. Stir everything together, and put on the pot for 50 minutes under 180ºC.

Don’t forget to cover the pot with butter, than cover the bottom with bake paper, than with butter again, and some sugar on the bottom before put all the mix inside.

After cooked, turn it over while warm, take out the bake paper, and cover with some honey under your taste.
