Chickpea Salad


(for 4 persons)

500 grs of boiled chickpea (you can by a can, already cooked)
tuna fish in olive oil (a can with 80 grs) – you can replace tuna by anchoves or smoked salmon
3 cloves of garlic
1 small onion
5 table spoon of olive oil
1 table spoon of white wine vinegar
1 tea spoon of sea salt
pepper to sprinkle
coriander (colantro) or parsley


Use a bowl to put the boiled chikpea, the chopped garlic, the chopped (very small) onion, the tuna, olive oil, sea salt. than sprinke some black pepper and at the end add the chopped colantro, under your taste. eat it cold as a satater or as a fish dish (in Summertime)
