Carrots Salad


  • 1carrot per person
  • 1 clove of garlic per person
  • Olive oil
  • White wine vinegar
  • Sea salt
  • Cilantro


Chop and Boil the carrots al dente.

Once cooked put them into dish, sprinkle the garlic (thinly chopped)over, dress with olive oil, white wine vinegar.
If you prefer can add some pepper.

Before serving add chopped cilantro
