Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Cut the top of the bread;
Dig and remove the inside, making a cup;
Set aside the bread crumb;
Chop the sausages and the garlic, add 150 gr of cheese, the mayonnaise and some oregano leaves, and stir well;
Reserve the remaining cheese;
Put the paste into the bread;
Sprinkle the remaining cheese and some oregano leaves on the top, and bake to brown.
Cut the bread crumb into small pieces and toast them to accompany the pate.
